Coach Travis
Coach Travis is a UESCA Running Coach, Sports Nutrition Coach, Ultra-marathon runner and Career Firefighter that aspires to use proven training methods to help anyone achieve their endurance goals. He spent the majority of his life 100 pounds overweight without the ability to run even 100 yards much less any endurance event. Through diet and exercise he was able to lose 100 pounds and began to enjoy running for the first time ever. Since then, he has gone on to run numerous races ranging from a 5k all the way to 100 miles. His main goal is to help people from all walks of life improve their health and fitness while accomplishing goals that push them to new limits.
